How do we change our account?
Changing your account is easy. Log into Tactile and click the 'Admin' link. The final option on the new page 'Your Account Details' allows you to regrade your account.
There are two important things to remember when regrading your account:
What is your refund policy?
We bill on a month by month basis so you only pay for the current month you are using. If you choose to cancel your account part way through a month you will not receive a partial credit. If you downgrade to a lower cost plan your payment will be changed the next time we take payment from your card.
