When do I pay?
All our paid plans get a 30 day free trial - after that payment will be taken direct from your card every month.
Can I regrade my account?
Of course you can. Simply login to your Tactile account and change your plan. Next time we take a payment, it will be for the new amount.
How can I pay?
Payment is taken monthly from your card after your thirty day free trial. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
What is your refund policy?
We bill on a month by month basis so you only pay for the current month you are using. If you choose to cancel your account part way through a month you will not receive a partial credit. If you downgrade to a lower cost plan your payment will be changed the next time we take payment from your card.
