The Dashboard

- Pipeline Reports - the dashboard gives you a quick visual overview of the opportunities you have closed/won over the last year, and also your current pipeline.
- Recent Activity (Email) - quickly see the last 10 emails that have been sent into the system by you and your colleagues - a great way to keep up to date with the important communications that are being sent.
- Recent Activity (Notes) - quickly see the last 10 notes that have been added into Tactile so you are always up to date with what is going on.
- Quick Links - use the links to quickly add new data into Tactile without having to jump to specific areas of the system.
- Recently Viewed Items - most of us tend to be working with a regular number of people and clients. The recently viewed items box keeps track of the last 10 things you have been looking at so you can quickly view them if you need to.
- Your Activities - helping you to keep on top of the things you need to do (and have missed!). We show you your overdue tasks, those due to today, your 10 next tasks that are upcoming and all your tasks you have scheduled in 'to do at somepoint'.
Clients & Leads
Tactile has the concept of Clients & Leads. You can store slightly more information about clients (such as account numbers), and you can convert leads to clients when they change. We thought it is any easy way to differentiate between the two in your sales cycle.

- Tags - Tactile has tags, you can tag most things (clients, leads, opportunities, activies, people) and then search on tags (and combinations of them). This shows you what the client/lead is currently tagged as and you can edit them inline here.
- Client/Lead Information - you can record a variety of information about clients and leads (clients can have a bit more than leads). You can setup all of the custom fields on the right hand side to reflect your organisation/sector.
- Notes and Emails - all your notes and emails about the client/lead, people, opporunities and activites are shown here to get a quick overview of what has been going on.
- Extra Information - when the client/lead was added/updated and who can edit and/or see it.
- Contact Information and Related Items - all the phone, fax, email and postal addresses are show here (and of course they can all be edited inline), as well as people, opportunities, activities and files that are attached to the client/lead.
People

- Person Information - you can record a variety of information about a person and how you can contact them. You can also attach them easily to clients/leads and click through to the company to find out more.
- Notes and Emails - all your notes and emails about the person and any opporunities or activites that are attached to them are shown here to get a quick overview of what has been going on.
- Contact Information and Related Items - all the phone, fax, email and postal addresses are show here (and of course they can all be edited inline), as well as opportunities, activities and files that are attached to the person.
Opportunities
Opportunities are a great way to track sales and potential sales with new and existing clients. You can get a brief overview of them on the dashboard.

- Tags - Tactile has tags, you can tag most things (clients, leads, opportunities, activies, people) and then search on tags (and combinations of them). This shows you what the person is currently tagged as and you can edit them inline here.
- Opportunity Information - You can record and track information about each opportunity. The values on the right (such as status, source) etc. are all configurable by you in the admin module and can be used to target Tactile toward your organisation/sector. You can also see all the notes associated with the opportunity.
- Contact Information and Related Items - all the phone and email addresses are show here for the client/lead/person the opportunity is attached to as well as activities and files.
Activities

- Activity Information - You can record and track information about each activity and assign them to other colleagues to complete. You can also see all the notes associated with the activity.
- Complete/Uncomplete - Quickly mark tasks as complete or reopen them so you can track what is happening.
- Contact Information and Related Items - all the phone and email addresses are show here for the client/lead/person the activiy is attached to as well as files.
Notes & Emails

Tactile lets you record notes against everything and attach emails against people recorded in the system. This is a great way to easily see all of the contact you have with clients and leads and an easy way to keep track of communications across your organisation.
